彩色多普勒超声检测不同运动方式对下肢静脉血流动力学的作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的 选择能明显提高下肢静脉血流动力的有效运动方式 ,为预防下肢静脉血栓形成 ,提供理论依据。方法 健康人 12 8例 ,分成 4种不同的运动组。使用高频彩超分别检测运动前后下肢静脉形态与血流动力学 6项指标的变化。结果 踮脚运动能显著增加股总静脉、浅静脉、深静脉及静脉的最大血流速度 (Vmax)、时间速度积分面积(VTI)、血流量 /min ;其次为自主伸缩下肢运动。采用中频治疗仪、康复治疗仪的运动方式仅能有效改善静脉各血流参数。结论 采用自主收缩小腿肌群的踮脚运动能有效改善下肢静脉血流动力学 。 Objective To select effective exercise method which could greatly increase the blood flow velocity of lower limb veins and could prevent the lower limbs thrombosis. Methods Four different exercise modes were performed in 128 healthy volunteers. Six ultrasound parameters of lower limb veins and its color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) were detected by high frequency color flow imaging before and after the exercises. Results The tiptoe exercise could greatly increase the maximal velocity of the veins (Vmax), the time-speed integral area (VTI) and the blood flow volume per minute of major deep veins, like the common femoral vein, the superficial femoral vein, the deep femoral vein and the popliteal vein. The next effective exercise model was independent flexing of lower limbs. By using of intermediate frequency therapeutic instrument and healing therapeutic instrument, only the popliteal vein flow parameters increased. Conclusion The tiptoe exercise could increase the blood flow of lower limb veins, and it was useful in preventing thrombosis of the lower limb deep veins.
