摘要
长钢 3号高炉通过合理地选择喷补料 ,合理组织人员 ,根据工艺要求严格控制喷补的工艺参数 ,采用遥控喷补技术对 3号高炉进行短时间造衬 ,使高炉在较短时间内恢复了正常炉型 ,高炉冶炼得到了恢复和进一步强化。
The No.3 blast furnace was recovered the natural shape in short time through the remote gunning technology by choosing rational gunned material, gathering proper worker, controlling the process parameters strictly according to the demand of production in order to make line in short time. The production of blast furnace was recovered and strengthened after the gunning lined practice.
