摘要
采用短钻杆分节钻进方法成孔 ,清孔后安放钢筋笼 ,然后下注浆管 ,投骨料后再用压力灌注水泥浆液。树根桩因压力注浆成桩 ,可使桩的外表面较为粗糙 ,使桩与地基土紧密结合而提高桩周土的摩阻力 ;另一方面 ,压力注浆可使水泥浆液充填到桩间土的孔隙中去 ,提高地基土的承载力。
The process is to adopt short drill rod drill-in to form a hole. After cleaning the hole, reinforced cage is put in and then grout injection pipe is placed. After aggregate input, cement slurry is pressed in and thereby stump is formed. Because of the rough outward surface, the stump integrates with the foundation closely, hence the friction of earth around the stump is enhanced. Besides, by means of press grouting, cement slurry is stuffed into the holes of earth, thus increasing the load-bearing capacity of foundation earth. The process is used for all kinds of foundation treatment and reinforcement.
