摘要
针对安钢 5号 30 0m3高炉大料钟拉杆弯曲变形 ,导致大钟关闭不严、炉顶压力波动大 ,严重影响高炉炉况顺行的实际情况 ,分析了大料钟拉杆发生弯曲变形的原因 。
The bending deformation of the bell rod in No.5 blast furnace with 300 cubic meters volume resulted in the bell closed insufficiently and pressure waving in bell top. The production of the blast furnace was influenced badly. The writers analyzed the deformation reasons of the deformation and pointed out the feasible program of changing rod quickly.
