摘要 蒲城1、2号机组自2001年10月19日以来,主油泵齿轮断齿5次,主齿轮断齿3次,严重危害机组的安全稳定运行。断齿原因涉及备品加工、检修安装、运行问题。经分析频繁断齿的主要原因为西航加工的备品齿轮齿表面渗碳强化层不均匀,硬度梯度大,断裂处渗碳层仅为0.3 mm,齿根底存在严重的加工刀痕,使齿轮的接触和弯曲疲劳强度大幅下降。在刀痕底部形成压痕点,萌生裂纹,在渗碳层产生沿晶断裂,断裂过程为剪切断裂。 The No. 1,2 turboset in Pucheng from October 19,2001, its main oil pump gear has been broken for 5 times and the main gear has broken for 3 times. These had harmed the safety and stability of the turboset. The reason of the gearbreak has been related to spare parts manufacturing, maintenance installation and trial operation. After analysis, the main reason for the gearbreak is the uneven C Penetration on the surface of the spare parts manufactured by Xi Hang Manufacturer with big step hard and the C layer penetration in the break part only of 0.3mm. The gear foot exiats serious manufacturing knife trace. This makes the contact and bend fatigue strength of the gear decreased a lot. Pressing trace under the knife part has been formed. This creates the crack on the C penetration layer. The break process is shearing break.
