摘要
目的 :研究血瘀证与氧自由基损伤的关系 ,络泰 (三七总皂甙粉针剂 )对血瘀证患者氧自由基损伤的干预作用 ,络泰对血瘀证候的疗效。方法 :5 0例血瘀证患者加用运用络泰治疗比较治疗前后血瘀证积分、血瘀证各项症状、血浆SOD、MDA值的变化 ,并与 30例健康人的SOD、MDA值比较 ;用尼莫地平法评价络泰对血瘀证证候的疗效。结果 :①与健康人比较 ,治疗前血瘀证患者的血浆SOD降低 ,MDA升高 (P均 <0 0 1)。②治疗前血瘀证积分与血浆SOD值呈负相关 ,r为 - 0 770 (P <0 0 1) ;与血浆MDA值呈正相关 ,r为 0 80 1(P <0 0 1)③经治疗后血瘀证积分下降、SOD升高、MDA下降 (P均 <0 0 1)。结论 :血瘀证患者体内存在氧自由基损伤 ,络泰对其有很好的干预作用 ,络泰对血瘀证证候有很好的疗效。
Objective:To study the effects of Luotai(powder Preparation on oxygen free radical induced injury) in blood stasis.Methods:50 patients of blood stasis is treated with Luotai.The total score of blood stasis,plasmatic SOD and MDA,all symptoms of blood stasis,before and after the treatment,is compared.Plasmatic SOD and MDA before treatment is compared with sex-and age-matched healthy subjects.The effectiveness of Luotai treatment to improve blood stasis is evaluated in the method of nimodipine.Results:①Compared with healthy control,before the treatment,patients' plasmatic SOD is lower,plasmatic MDA is higher(both P<0.01).②Before the treatment,the total score of blood stasis is negatively related with plasmatic SOD(r=-0.770,P<0.01),and is positively related with their plasmatic MDA(r=0.801,P<0.01).③After the treatment,patients' SOD improved,the total score of blood stasis and MDA is reduced(all P<0.01).Conclusion:There is OFR injury in blood stasis.Luotai powder preprafion can alleviate the injury and improve blood stasis effectively.
