6月22日，商务部部长助理黄海就地方保护主义问题发表了重要讲话。时隔一天，商务部、国务院法制办等7部委，就联合发出了《关于清理在市场经济活动中实行地区封锁规定的通知》。国家有关方面对打破地方保护问题如此争分夺秒，雷厉风行，怎不令业内人士欢欣鼓舞?

Recently, Chinese government strengthened the strategy for striking regional protectionism to ensure the national economy in a healthy road. Of course, this activity gave more profit to food industry. Bian Zenglin, the vice president of China Meat Association gave his opinion according to the regional protectionism. He said certified butcher was a rule for meat industry for several years, which played a good role in development past, but it had become a barrier in market economy. It had been a form of regional protectionism and should be dropped out of market gradually.
