SIAL, the International Food Products Exhibition, interprets and illustrates the world's major consumer trends by featuring a selection of innovative products in its Trends & Innovations Area. The Trends and Innovations Area sets a new attendance record and attracts a steady stream of visitors at every exhibition. The event draws one of every two visitors to SIAL, or more than 65,000 professionals. It also attracts the greatest media coverage. The 2004 edition will land in Pairs on October 17-21. Mr. Lou Shuyu introduced this exhibition and said it will give more surprise.
