近日，中国食品添加剂协会香精香料专业委员会在杭州召开香精香料专委会2004年会，引起了业内人士的关注。

As we all know, food ingredients are a necessary part of food industry. We are pleased that large numbers of enterprises developed rapidly and were able to compete with transnational companies. But it will be a worrying problem that there has had an integrated standard of ingredients when large foreign enterprises are pouring in Chinese market. The food ingredient has been very important function in modernized food industry, and has already incorporated to every field. Now, annual meeting of China Additive Association arouse the general concern.
