摘要
构建一支学习型的教师队伍是学校自变现状、事业自谋发展、校园自增活力、教师自我实现的需要。特教学校要从坚持学习组织人本化、学习形式多样化、学习载体阵地化等六个方面来抓好校本培训 ,努力将学习型教师队伍的构建与学校日常工作相结合。
An effective teaching team will promote teachers’ professional development, accelerate school’s development. School-based teacher training contributes much to the formation of an effective teaching team. Main measures adopted in school for special needs included: (a) meeting the needs of individual professional development; (b)taking diversified forms of learning; (c)integrating media with routine job.
