摘要 本文从历史的视角审视了美国特殊教育法律的发展历史 ,特别总结了影响美国特殊教育立法的三个主要因素和特殊教育法律的一些重要规定。 The paper reviews the developmental history of special education laws in U.S.A., that comprise three factors that affects special education laws and main contents of the laws.
