“企业家论坛”是目前许多报刊杂志开辟的一种专栏。《上海造纸》在改版增版之时,也开设了这一专栏。本对话录就科技型杂志如何办出有自己特色的“企业家论坛”提出了自己的观点。企业家应该高度重视科技创新工作,通过持续的努力,使企业拥有自己的核心竞争力,把更好的产品与服务提供给客户,提供给社会。“以人为本”应该成为企业家的重要信念。

At present, Entrepreneurs' Forum is a special column that has been established by lots of newspapers &magazines. SHANGHAI PAPER MAKING has also established such a column during its restructuring and issueaddition. This interview proposes views on how a scientific & technologic magazine runs the Entrepreneurs' Fo-rum with its own characteristics well. Entrepreneurs should attach great importance to creative work in science &technology, exert themselves continually, so as to make the enterprise with core competitive force, and to provideits customers and society with better products and services. 'Taking employees as the principal' should become animportant belief of an entrepreneur.
