摘要
为进一步加深对工频突变量距离继电器动作特性的认识,利用故障分量法对单端电源输电线路中工频突变量距离继电器的动作特性进行了详细分析。分析表明当输电线路保护区外发生两相短路经小过渡电阻接地故障时,两故障相中的超前相存在稳态超越现象。同时,针对以上稳态超越现象,提出了两种预防措施。
To penetrate into the characteristics of power frequency variation distance relay, this paper employs fault components to analyse exactly the operating characteristics of power frequency variation distance relay applied in transmission line of single-terminal power supply. It shows that there is a steady-state overreach with the distance relay in the surpassed phase when two-phase short circuit ground fault with small transition resistance occurs outside the orientated region of transmission line. At the same time, two methods to defend the steady-state overreach are presented.
