摘要
从调整挤压腔温度、物料含水率、螺杆转速、喂料速率等方面对五谷杂粮营养谷物早餐食品的挤压膨化工艺条件进行了研究 ,并探讨了挤压工艺条件与挤压过程中动力学参数的关系 ,确定最佳挤压技术参数为 :DNDH 12 5 / 2 0D型双螺杆挤压机挤压腔内喂料段 /挤压段 /溶化段的温度分别为70℃、14 0~ 16 0℃和 170~ 180℃ ;物料含水率控制在 15 %~17%范围内 ;螺杆转速为 2 0 0~ 6 0 0r/min ;喂料速率 2 0 0 0~2 5 0 0kg/h。
Investigating the extrusion cooking process condit io ns of the coarse grain nutrition breakfast cereals such as the extrusion expansi on temperature, the moisture contents, the screw speed and the feeding rate, the optimal expansion process parameters were obtained. The temperature inside the c o rresponding feeding part, extruding part , melting part of the DNDH-125/20D-ty pe twin-screw extruder were 70 ℃ , 140~ 160 ℃ , 170~ 180 ℃ , the mo i sture content rate was 15%~17%, the screw speed was 200~ 600 r/min and the feeding rate was 2000~ 2500 kg/h .
