摘要
本文给出了一种多服务器轮询系统的分析方法,与前人的工作相比具有如下特色:(1)我们注意到对应各周期特性指标的诸随机过程之间的关系可归为性质不同的两类:即随机过程的迭合与嵌套,这使我们得以求出各周期特性指标的二阶矩,从而为求解平均顾客等待时间奠定了基础。(2)以排队论为工具,在独立性假设下经严格推导,获得了顾客等待时间的分布与均值的精确公式。
This paper presents an approach to analyse polling systems with multiple servers.In contrast to previous results,this work possesses the following characteristics; (1) It is noted that the stochastic processes corresponding to each cycle parameter can be classified into two types superposition and inlay,so that the second moments of cycle parameters can be obtained (2) Under the assumption of independence the accurate formulae of waiting time distribution and average waiting time are derived.
