摘要
阐述了与结节病发病关系密切的微生物因素 ,指出一些微生物 ,如分枝杆菌、痤疮丙酸杆菌、某些病毒、立克次体、粉尘和粒子及一些药物等均可能导致结节病发生或与其发展有密切关系 ,强调这些非遗传因素在结节病发病及进展中的可能作用 ,表明结节病病因的复杂性 。
