聚合酶链反应检测人乳头瘤病毒的进展
摘要
聚合酶链反应以其特异、敏感和快速准确等特点已广泛用于人乳头瘤病毒感染的临床诊断及流行病学研究。以此为基础 ,结合核酸杂交、酶谱分型、DNA芯片等技术 ,使人乳头瘤病毒研究手段日益增多 ,检测方法逐渐完善。
