小脑脂肪神经细胞瘤1例及文献复习

Cerebellar liponeurocytoma: a case report and review of literature

目的 探讨小脑脂肪神经细胞瘤的临床病理特点、诊断和预后。方法 对 1例小脑脂肪神经细胞瘤进行光镜、免疫组化观察 ,并结合文献讨论。结果 肿瘤发生于成人 ,位于小脑。形态学上是一个小细胞肿瘤 ,由神经细胞和散在或成簇的脂肪样细胞组成 ,核分裂象少见。免疫表型 :Syn、NSE阳性 ,Ki 6 7弱阳性。 结论 小脑脂肪神经细胞瘤是一非常罕见的中枢神经系统肿瘤。诊断依赖其独特的病理形态学特点及免疫表型 ,预后相对良好 ,不同于髓母细胞瘤。

Purpose To study the pathological features, the diagnosis and prognosis of cerebellar liponeurocytoma. Methods A case of cerebellar liponeurocytoma was examined with light microscopy and immunohistochmistry, and related literature was reviewed. Results The tumor was considered an adult neoplasm and localized in the cerebellum. Histologically the small cell neoplasm was composed of neuronal cells and lipidized cells, both of them were arranged in cluster or scatteredly. Mitoses were few. Immunohistochemically, the tumor cells were positive for Syn, NSE, and a lot of them were positive for Ki-67. Conclusions Cerebellar liponeurocytoma is a very rare tumor of the central nervous system. There have been a few reports in international journals and no paper in the domestic literature. The diagnosis is based on its specific morphology and immunohistochemical staining. The prognosis of the tumor is better than medulloblastoma.
