摘要
目的 :考察常用吸收促进剂的鼻黏膜毒性。方法 :采用测定黏膜纤毛持续运动时间、测定黏膜纤毛输送速率和考察黏膜形态 3种方法评价了 7种 [十二烷基硫酸钠 (SDS) ,去氧胆酸钠 (SDC) ,苄泽 35 (Brij35 ) ,吐温 80(Tween 80 ) ,乙二胺四乙酸钠 (EDTANa2 ) ,2 羟丙基 β 环糊精 (2 Hp β CD) ,卵磷酯 (lecithin) ]常用的吸收促进剂的鼻黏膜毒性。结果 :对纤毛持续运动时间的影响 1 %SDS >1 %SDC >1 %Brij35 >5 %Tween80 >0 .1 %EDTA >5 %HP β CD>1 %lecithin。对纤毛输送速率的影响 1 %Brij35 >1 %SDC >1 %SDS >0 .1 %EDTA >1 %lecithin >5 %Tween80 >5 %HP β CD。黏膜形态学考察毒性 1 %SDS≈ 1 %SDC≈ 1 %Brij35 >5 %Tween80 >0 .1 %EDTA≈ 5 % HP β CD≈ 1 %lecithin。以上浓度均为质量分数。结论
Objective: To study the influence of seven different absorption enhancers on nasal mucosa. Methods: By testing last time of ciliary movement、velocity of ciliary movement、ciliary structural and specific cellular changes of nasal mucosa,the influence of seven different absorption enhancers on nasal mucosa. Results: The effect on lasting time of ciliary movement was 1%SDS>1%SDC>1%Brij35>5%Tween80>0.1%EDTA>5%HP β CD>1%lecithin the effect on velocity of ciliary movement 1%Brij35>1%SDC>1%SDS>0.1%EDTA>1%lecithin>5%Tween80>5%HP β CD,and the effect on ciliary structural and specific cellular changes of nasal mucosa 1%SDS≈1%SDC≈1%Brij35>5%Tween80>0.1%EDTA≈5% HP β CD≈1%lecithin. Conclusion: The three methods have good correlation.
