摘要
低密度脂蛋白 (LDL)发生氧化生成的氧化低密度脂蛋白 (ox LDL)是致动脉粥样硬化 (AS)的主要危险因素。本文以低密度脂蛋白 (LDL)氧化修饰为模型和以硫代巴比妥酸反应物 (TBARS)生成量以及LDL氧化的相对电迁移率为指标 ,研究结果表明丹参多酚酸盐能够明显抑制CuSO4和内皮细胞 (HMEC)诱导的LDL氧化修饰 ,且有明显的浓度依赖效应 。
The oxidation of low density lipoprotein has been implicated in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis. In the present paper, we studied the effects of salvianolate on the TBARS formation and the relative electrophoretic mobility (REM) of LDL induced by CuSO 4 and endothelial cell. The results indicated that salvianolate dose dependently inhibit the oxidation of LDL induced by CuSO 4 or endothelial cell. These results suggested the potential therapy of salvianolate in atherosclerosis.
