摘要
目的 :探讨茶多酚对肝脏损伤的保护作用。方法 :分别建立四氯化碳 (CCl4)、硫代乙酰胺 (TAA)、乙醇诱导小鼠肝脏损伤模型 ,以测定血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶 (ALT)、肝匀浆谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH Px)活性及丙二醛 (MDA )含量为指标观察茶多酚对肝脏损伤的保护作用。结果 :茶多酚能明显降低动物模型的血清ALT、肝匀浆MDA含量 ,提高肝脏GSH Px活性。结论 :茶多酚具有明显的保肝作用。
Objective: To study the protective effect of tea polyphenol on three models of experimental liver injury in mice. Method: The experimental models of liver injury were induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl 4), thioacetamide (TAA) and alcohol respectively in mice. The serum ALT and liver MDA, GSH Px were measured to evaluate the protective effect of tea polyphenol on experimental liver injury in mice. Results: Tea polyphenol significantly decreased serum ALT and liver MDA content, elevated activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH Px) induced by CCl 4, TAA, alcohol. Conclusion: Tea polyphenol showed protective effect against liver injury induced by CCl 4, TAA, alcohol.
