摘要 目的 :探讨威灵仙、秦艽和桑寄生提取物对淋巴细胞和环氧酶的影响。方法 :测定小鼠胸腺淋巴细胞和脾脏淋巴细胞增殖的变化 ,新生小公牛颈动脉内皮细胞的 6 keto PGF1α和小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的PGE2 含量。结果 :威灵仙、秦艽和桑寄生对小鼠胸腺淋巴细胞和脾脏淋巴细胞的增殖有抑制作用 ,三种药物对环氧酶 1(COX 1)和氧化酶 2 (COX 2 )有不同程度的抑制。结论 :三种药物的祛风湿的部分机理可能是由于抑制淋巴细胞增殖和环氧酶而介导的。 Object: To explore effects of extracts of Clematis chinensis Osbeck,Gentiana macrophylla Pall. and Taxillus chinensis (DC.) Danser on lymphocytes and cyclooxygenase. Methods: Change in proliferation of mice thymic lymphocytes and spleen lymphocytes, contents of 6 keto PGF1α in bovine arterial endothelial cells, PGE 2 in murine's enterocoelia macrophages were determined. Results: Proliferation of mice thymic lymphocytes and spleen lymphocytes were inhibited by extracts of Clematis chinensis Osbeck,Gentiana macrophylla Pall. and Taxillus chinensis (DC.) Danser. COX 1 and COX 2 were inhibited to different extent by extracts of the three medical herbs. Conclusions: Part of anti rheumatic mechanism might probably be mediating through inhibition of lymphocyte proliferation, COX 1 and COX 2 of the three drugs.
