摘要
本文应用电极法测定植物中氟化物的含量.通过进行酸性浸提液浓度、样品粒度、样品称样量及浸提时间一系列条件试验,从而提出电极法测定植物中氟化物的最佳条件是酸性浸提液浓度为0.2N,样品粒度在180~200目之间,样品称样量为0.1克左右,浸提时间15分钟左右.应用以上最佳条件对样品的测定结果均高于按标准分析方法中给定的条件所测定的结果.
This article tells about applying electrode method to measure fluoide content in plants.It tests a series of conditions,Such as acid penetrating fluid concentra- tion,sample size sample weighing amount and penetrating time,so,it is proposed that the best condition for using electrode method to measure fluoride in plants is acid pene- trating fluid concentration 0. 2N.sample size is between 180—200 Mu.sample weighing amount is about 0.lg,penetrating time is about 15minutes,The result that applyes above best condition to measure is better than that of according to standard analysis method.
