肝动脉化疗栓塞对肝癌患者外周血AFP mRNA表达水平的影响

Evaluating the effect of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization on AFP mRNA in peripheral blood of hepatocellular carcinoma patients

目的 探讨肝动脉化疗栓塞对肝癌患者对外周血AFPmRNA表达水平的影响。方法采用实时RT PCR技术 ,定量检测 2 4例肝细胞癌患者肝动脉化疗栓塞前后外周血AFPmRNA的表达水平。结果 肝癌患者肝动脉化疗栓塞前外周血AFPmRNA平均表达水平为 (1330 74 6± 2 716 3 7)拷贝 μgRNA ,肝动脉化疗栓塞后 2 4h、1月、2月平均表达水平分别为 (2 0 76 0± 4 2 3 8)、(1774 5±36 2 2 )和 (2 36 5 0 4± 4 82 7 6 )拷贝 μgRNA。 结论 肝动脉化疗栓塞可显著降低肝癌患者外周血AFPmRNA表达水平 ,AFPmRNA可作为评估肝动脉化疗栓塞效果的一个重要指标。

Objective To evaluate the effect of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE)on AFP mRNA in peripheral blood of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). Methods Real time RT-PCR was used to detect AFP mRNA expression in peripheral blood of 24 patients with HCC before and after TACE. Results The expression level of AFP mRNA in peripheral blood of the 24 HCC patients averaged (133 074.6± 27 163.7) copies/μgRNA before TACE treatment and(2076.0±423.8)copies/μgRNA,(1774.5±362.2)copies/μgRNA, (23 650.4± 4827.6)copies/μgRNA at 24 hours,1 month and 2 months after TACE. Conclusion The expression of AFP mRNA is significantly reduced after TACE and it can be used as a marker for evaluating the treatment efficacy for hepatocellular carcinoma.
