通过对某公司主要烧碱产品制造成本的分析,显示该公司的烧碱成本低于国内平均值,电耗、汽耗、碱损失率高于国内平均值,并提出通过加强管理,降低盐、电、蒸汽的消耗和价格,降低碱损失率和销售费用以降低成本的建议。

After analyzing the production cost of the main caustic soda products in some company, it was pointed that its cost was lower than the domestic average. The electric consumption, steam consumption and soda loss were higher than the domestic average. Strengthening administration, decreasing the consumption and price of salt electricity and steam were put forward. Losing rate of soda and sales cost decreased for reducing cost was also put forward.
