原发性肝癌患者血清雌二醇和泌乳素的变化

Changes of Serum Estradiol and Prolactin Levels in Patients with Primary Liver Cancer

本文对伴有肝硬化的原发性肝癌男性患者30例和肝硬化男性患者30例检测血清雌二醇和泌乳素水平,探讨二者与原发性肝癌的关系。结果显示两组病人的雌二醇和泌乳素均较正常对照明显增加(P<0.01),原发性肝癌组两种激素水平较肝硬化组亦明显增加(P<0.01)。提示,在肝硬化基础上的原发性肝癌形成过程中,雌二醇和泌乳素可能具有促进作用。

We measured serum estradiol and prolactin concentrations in 30 patients with pri- mary liver cancer with accompanying liver cirrhosis,30 patients with liver cirrhosis and 40 normal controls.We also analysed the relationship between the hormones and primary liver cancer.It was found that serum estradiol and prolactin of the patients increased higher than those of normal con- trois(p<0.05).Serum estradiol and prolactin in primary liver cancer became much higher than those in liver cirrhosis(p<0.05).It is suggested that estradiol and prolactin may be carcinogenic factors of primary liver cancer with accompanying liver cirrhosis.
