摘要 采用三台挤出机共挤出两种或三种折光指数不同的树脂,制备成121-221层光干涉薄膜。该膜在可见光的波长范围内,根据膜的厚度不同可以发射出不同的颜色。用这种方法可以制备出多层光干涉彩虹膜。主要研究了多层光干涉薄膜的制备工艺、光干涉芯层的不同折光指数的原料配备,薄膜层间结构的设计、光干涉芯层层数对反射波长的影响。 A kind of thermoplastic multiplayer resinous film was prepared in which two or more resinous materials formed a plurality of very thin layers of substantially uniform thickness,the layers being substantially parallel, the contiguous adjacent layers being of different transparent thermoplastic resinous materials differing in refractive index.The development focused on the improvements of colorific effect and quality for the iridescent film,which included regulating color factors by testing color consistency and adhesive strength between the inner layers of the iridescent films.
