氯醋共聚树脂作为低温热塑性医用外固定材料的研究

摘要 应用氯醋共聚树脂为主要原料,选用工业常规添加剂,按照配料→共混→挤出造粒→压延成型或注射成型的工艺流程进行改性、加工,研究了各种添加剂含量对材料软化点、耐热时间等性能的影响,最终确定最佳的材料配方。按此配方得到一种新型低温热塑性医用外固定材料,该材料在50℃以下的环境中有足够的硬度和强度,而在55℃左右的热水或烘箱中软化并能够随意捏塑成型,满足临床使用要求。 VC/VAc copolymer was chosen as major raw material,and various conventional additives were compounded,through extrusion granulation,calendering or injection molding a new type medicinal outside fixation material was obtained.The influences of various additive contents on material performance such as the softening temperature and the heat-proof time were studied and the best material formulation was determined eventually.The material has enough rigidity and strength at the temperature below 50℃,whereas it can be softened and licked into shape at will when the temperature is about 55℃,meeting the request of clinic application.
