摘要 以尿素为沉淀剂,利用均相沉淀法制备出纳米(1-x)SnO2·xSb2O3复合云母钛导电珠光颜料,研究了不同反应基质、基质的加料方式,在基质表面包覆掺锑二氧化锡(简称ATO)的量以及ATO组成中Sn4+/Sb3+的最佳摩尔比等工艺参数与颜料导电性及珠光效应的关系;从云母钛表面结构特点入手,利用双电层概念,探讨了ATO与基质云母钛的复合机理。 This paper studied the experiment method that used homogenous precipitation method with urea as precipitant to prepare nanometer (1- x) SnO2·xSb2O3 composite mica titania conductive pearlescent pigment, and studied the relation of several technology parameters to electrical conductivity and pearlescent effect of pigment. The technology parameters include different substrates, the feeding method of substrate, the coating quantity of ATO (antimony doped tin oxide) on the surface of substrate and the best mole ratio of Sn4+ to Sb3+ in ATO composition. According to the design feature of mica titania and using electric double layer, the composite mechanism of ATO and mica titania was discussed.
