摘要 综述了近年来纳米晶TiO2多孔薄膜材料的研究进展情况,对纳米晶TiO2多孔薄膜材料的各种制备方法 及其特点进行了归纳和分析,并对纳米晶TiO2多孔薄膜材料的应用现状作了简要介绍。 Recent developments in nanocrystalline TiO2 porous thin films are reviewed. A sum - mary and analysis of the methods developed for preparing nanocrystalline TiO2 porous thin films with their features are given. The current applications of nanocrystalline TiO2 porous thin films are briefly described.
