摘要 简单介绍了汽车用氧传感器,总结Mg2+,Fe3+,Al3+,Li+,Ag+,Mn2+,Cu2+,Ni2+等受主离子掺杂对钛酸锶 氧敏性能的影响。综合比较铁、镁掺杂钛酸锶效果较好。 Oxide semiconductor oxygen sensors are now available for control of the air - fuel ratio of engines. A detailed introduction was given about the mechanism of oxygen sensor. Oxygen sensitivity of SrTiO3 was affected by the acceptor ions, such as Mg2+ , Fe3+ , Li+ , A13+ , Ag+ , Mn2+ , Cu2+ , Ni2+ . Compared with SrTiO3 doped by other ions, Mg2+ and Fe3+-doped SrTiO3 is a better material to make semiconductor oxygen sensor.
