摘要
研究了在SiC+C坯体中加入Fe粉,用熔融Si进行反应浸渗,以制备不舍游离Si的SiC/FeSix复合材 料。结果表明:用本实验方法通过调整坯体中Fe含量可以制得不含游离Si的SiC/FeSix复合材料,该材料在室温下的 抗弯强度为(220±10)MPa。文中推导了Fe含量与第2相组成的理论模型,同时讨论了热处理工艺对烧结的影响。
In order to synthesize composite materials free of residual silicon phase, we have investigated reaction forming of SiC/FeSix by the infiltration of SiC/C/Fe preforms using silicon melts. Experiments show that dense SiC/ FeSix materials free of residual silicon can be obtained. Room temperature strength of this material is(220±10)MPa. A model on the relationship between ferrous concentration and the components of second phrase is proposed. The effect of heat - treatment on the sintered samples is discussed.
