摘要 采用高分子网络凝胶法制备纳米YAG-Y2O3复合粉体,对网络凝胶机理和胶体的煅烧过程进行了研究。研究表明1100℃煅烧时,由于Y3+在初始溶液中浓度较高,产物完全为Al2Y4O9,AlYO3和Y3Al2(AlO4)3等过渡相;其最佳煅烧温度为1200℃,与其它制备方法相比温度降低50-100℃。当单体和网络剂的摩尔比为5:1时,所制备的纳米YAG-Y2O3复合粉体的颗粒尺寸不大于50nm,粒径范围窄,且无团聚产生;当单体和网络剂比例偏于5:1时,颗粒尺寸长大比较严重。 Nano - sized YAG - Y2O3 powders were prepared by polyacrylamide gel method. The polyacrylamide gel mechanism and calcination procedure were analysised. The optimum calcination temperature of 1200℃ was decided. Due to the high content proportion of Y3+ in the original solution, the transitional compositions of Al2Y4O9, AlYO3 and Y3Al2(AlO4) 3 were presented at the calcinations temperature of 1100℃. When the proportion of monomer and network agent is 5:1, the size of grains are not more than 50nm and there were few agglomerates. . Size of grains are abnormal growth if the proportion is deviate.
