摘要
主要论述了新型超细粉射流分级机的工作原理及其应用的研究。射流分级机是集惯性分级、迅速分级和微细颗粒的附壁效应(coanda效应)等原理于一体进行超细分级的分级设备。通过正交实验、重复实验对新型射流分级机的应用做了进一步的研究,并通过这些实验得出了新型射流分级机的最佳工作参数及其它一些极有价值的结论。
The paper expounds the principle and application of the new fluidic classifier. The classifier is a classification facility of superfine powder according to the principles of inertia grading , fast grading and Coanda effect. Through doing perpendicular experiments and repeating experiments, we made a further study on the application of the new classifier and obtained the best job parameters and draw some other extremely valuable conclusions.
