摘要 针对某企业的工程背景,分析了企业的信息化需求,开发和实现了生产线管理控制系统.生产线管理控制系统由生产线监控、基础数据管理、生产计划管理、库存管理、综合信息查询、底层控制器等子系统组成.以底层控制器的开发为例,讨论了生产线管理控制系统的开发过程,着重研究了数据采集的原理和零件自动计数的算法,最后介绍了本体技术在系统开发中的应用.图4,参10. The request of an enterprise for informationalization has been analyzed based on its engineering background,the MIS for product line has been developed and implemented.The system is made up of subsystems such as product line monitor,basic data management,production plan management,inventory management,integrated information query and workshop controller.The process of development of the system has been discussed taking the development of workshop controller as an example,the principle of data acquisition and the algorithmic for auto count of parts have been set focus to research,at last the application of ontology technology used in the system developing has been introduced. 4figs.,10refs.
