癫痫患者的诱发电位临床研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 诱发电位在各种癫痫患者中均有不同程度的改变,表现为峰潜伏期或/和波幅改变;诱发电位不但在抗癫痫药物中毒时发生改变,而且也可在长期服用抗癫痫药物导致了亚临床毒性时发生改变。医此,诱发电位不但可以用于辅助诊断癫痫对神经系统的损害,而且还可以作为监测抗癫痫药物对神经系统亚临床毒性的灵敏指标。
