颅内动脉瘤术中破裂 被引量:5

摘要 虽然显微神经外科技术已被广泛应用于颅内动脉瘤手术中,但颅内动脉瘤术中破裂(IAR)的发生率仍然较高,它可以发生在动脉瘤颈妥善夹闭前的任何阶段。除动脉瘤本身的因素外,大多数IAR是因为外科手术操作造成的,不论是在脑退缩、解剖或夹闭时,少见的原因是在手术准备期和开颅时,处理不当将有导致病人死亡和致残的危险,正确认识动脉瘤术中破裂的原因,重视预防和应急处理措施,可进一步提高手术疗效。
