垂体腺苷酸环化酶激活肽与创伤性脑损伤

摘要 垂体腺苷酸环化酶激活肽(PACAP)是一种脑保护因子,具有神经递质、神经调质、神经营养因子的多种生物学功能的神经肽,它对神经系统的生长、发育及损伤后的保护具有重要的意义。正常脑组织中PACAP表达十分广泛,脑损伤后PACAP在脑内的含量及分布均发生明显的变化,在脑损伤的病理生理过程中减少兴奋性氨基酸释放、Ca2+内流,抑制中性粒细胞的趋化和半胱天冬氨酸蛋白酶-3的活性,从而减轻脑损伤后的继发性损伤。本文着重垂体腺苷酸环化酶激活肽的生物学特性及其在创伤性脑损伤中的作用,为创伤性脑损伤的研究及临床治疗提供理论依据。
