青霉素结合蛋白研究进展 被引量：12

摘要 青霉素结合蛋白 (PBPs)相关性耐药是细菌对 β -内酰胺类抗生素耐药一个重要方面。其数量的增多、与抗生素亲和力的下降以及出现新的青霉素结合蛋白均直接导致抗生素耐药。对青霉素结合蛋白的结构、功能。
