摘要 目的 探讨人胚胎小肠嗜铬素A免疫反应 (CgA IR)细胞的形态学发生、发育规律。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法 ,对 4 0例 6~ 38周人胚胎小肠CgA IR细胞进行研究。结果 人胚胎小肠CgA IR细胞于胚胎第 7周出现 ,主要分布在肠腺和绒毛上部 ,细胞大小不一 ,形态多样。人胚胎小肠CgA IR细胞在十二指肠最多、空肠次之、回肠最少 ;各肠段CgA IR细胞数随胎龄而增多 ,6月后则逐渐减少。 结论 CgA IR细胞于胚胎第 7周出现 ,其数量因肠段。 Objective To explore the morphogenesis of chromogranin A immunoreactive (CgA IR) cells in human fetal small intestine. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to study the CgA IR cells of small intestine in 40 freshly aborted human fetuses aging from the 6th to 38th week. Results CgA IR cells of small intestine were found to appear at the 7th week of embryo and located mostly at the crypts and the top of villi with various size and shape, and the most number in duodenum, middle in jejunum and least in ileum. The number of CgA IR cells increased with fetal age before the 6th month of gestation but decreased thereafter. Conclusion CgA IR cells appear in the 7th embryonic week with different number in different intestinal segments sites and periods of gestation
