摘要
毛织物品质和风格特点主要是由毛织物的后整理即染整工艺来实现的。在系统分析和总结毛织物品质风格和染整工艺关系的基础上,提出了毛织物染整专家系统的设计思想和体系框架。根据毛织物染整工艺的知识特点,对于染整工艺的选择采用产生式规则知识表达方法,而对于染整工艺条件的确定则采用神经网络的推理及学习机制,给出了该专家系统知识库的实现步骤和方法。
The quality and style of worsted wool fabric are made in the dyeing and finishing to a large extent.In this paper,the design idea and system structure of the worsted wool fabric dyeing and finishing expert system are put on a base of study the relation between the quality and style of worsted wool fabric and dyeing and finishing processing.According to the character of knowledge of worsted wool fabric dyeing and finishing,it is expressed with producing rule for the choice of the dyeing and finishing processing route,it is expressed with neural net reasoning and study rule for the dyeing and finishing processing parameter.The program and method of producing expert system are given.
