拉伸细化羊毛纤维染色性能的研究

Researches on the dyeing behaviour of the drawing-wool fibre

通过在不同恒温条件下对试样进行不同时间上染率的试验 ,探讨了拉伸细化羊毛纤维采用兰纳洒脱和兰纳素染料的染色性能。分析了拉伸细化羊毛纤维染色特点 ,通过对比 ,优选兰纳洒脱染料作为拉伸细化羊毛低温染色的染料 ,并且对染色加工中遇到的问题提出了参考意见 ,从而为合理使用TJGD -ERDOS - 0 2型羊毛拉伸设备获得Optim纤维 ,为开发拉伸羊毛产品奠定了基础。

This paper discusses the dyeing behavior of the drawing-wool fibre which is dyed with Lanasol dyes or Lanaset dyes,according to the dyeing rate of the fibre at different constant temperatures.It describes the dyeing nature of the drawing-wool fibre.By contrast,it's better to choose the Lanaset dyes as the dye of the drawing-wool fibre.Additionally,it concludes some suggestion on the producing and dyeing of the fibre.In a word,it found a base for mading the drawing-wool fibre properly from the Optim-fibre,which is produced through the wool-drawing device TJGD-ERDOS-02.
