摘要
通过研究再生蛋白纤维的成形、结构和染色性能,指出再生蛋白纤维是纤维素和蛋白质混合的一种复合纤维,属于皮芯结构,蛋白质包覆在纤维的外层。采用双活性基活性染料对该新型复合蛋白纤维进行染色,发现不仅工艺简单而且还能得到较好的同色效应和较高的固色率。
The structure and the dyeing property of the regenerated protein fiber are studied in this article. It points out that the regenerated protein fiber is the compound of the cellulose and protein, and pertains to the skin-core structure that protein enwraps the outside of the fiber. We can dye the new regenerated protein fiber with two active group dyestuff. At the result, we find that besides the dyeing process is simple, we also get the same color effect and higher fixation ratio.
