喷焊层的相分析及磨损行为研究

摘要 本文研究 Ni—Cr—B—Si—Fe 及 Ni—Cr—B—Si—Fe—Re 系列喷焊层硬质相及磨损行为.试验结果表明:喷焊层是由奥氏体固溶体及硬质相构成,在磨损过程中硬质相起到强化作用,未加稀土的喷焊层中硬质相比加稀土的粗大,且偏聚.因此,耐磨性不如加稀土的. The phase analysis and their wear behaviour of spray—welding layers of Ni—Cr—B—Si—Fe and Ni—Cr—B—Si—Re system were studied in this paper.The test results show that spray—welding layer are made of austenite solid solution and hard phases.The hard phases play a part is strengthening while wearing process.The hard phase of spray—welding layer without rare earth(Re)is coarser than that in layers with Re and the hard phases segregates at grain boundary.The wearability of spray—welding layers without Re less than the layerswith Re.
