用模式识别总结联合法赤泥铁铝比等因素与最佳配方的关系,表明高铁原料宜用高钙低碱配方,根据无机热化学数据库估算有关烧成反应的自由能,对优化模型作了热力学解释。
The relation between the Fe_2O_3/Al_2O_3 ratio of red mud and the optimal composition of sinter in alumina production by combination process has been investigated by pattern recognition method. It has been concluded that high-calcium-low-soda prescription is suitable for high-iron raw materials. Data base ITDB has been used to estimate the free energies of relevant chemical reactions in sintering process, so as to give some reasonable interpretation of the optimal model found.
