内镜超声检查对慢性胰腺炎的诊断价值
Diagnostic value of endoscopic ultrasonography for chronic pancreatitis
摘要
对于慢性胰腺炎(CP),无论是诊断还是治疗,仍是临床上的一个难题,特别是早期诊断.这是因为胰腺解剖部位特殊,其慢性炎症过程又较为隐匿,而目前常用的诊断方法均不够敏感,传统上一直把内镜逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP)作为诊断CP的"金标准",但对于没有引起主胰管改变的CP却很难检出;现有的胰腺外分泌功能检查既不敏感,特异性也不强,更不能作为早期诊断的依据.
