汉族人颌面部不同部位肤色的比较性研究

摘要 目的 探讨汉族人群颌面部不同部位的肤色差异。方法 采用美能达CR 10 0色度计测量15 2 3例汉族人额部、颞部、颧部、颊部、鼻部、上唇部和颏部等七个部位皮肤的L×a×b×值 ,采用自身对照 ,比较不同部位间的肤色差异。结果 颌面部七个不同部位皮肤的L×a×b×值均有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1) ,其中颊部的L×值最大a×值最小 ,上唇部的L×值最小b×值最小 ,颏部的a×值最大颞部的b×值最大。结论 颌面部缺损修复时 。 Objective To explore the difference of the complexion in seven maxillofacial regions in Han nationality Methods To measure and compare the chroma L×a×b× in frontal, temple, zygomatic, cheek, nasal, labrum, and chin areas among 1523 subjects with the Minolta Chroma Meter CR100 Results The chroma L×a×b× of maxillofacial derma in the seven regions was significantly different( P<0 01 ) There were the highest L× and lowest a× in the cheek area, the lowest L× and b× in the labrum, the highest a× in the chin area, the highest b× in the temple area Conclusion Color selection and matching to different regions are necessary in maxillofacial restorations
