摘要
制备了不同结构的聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚砜复合膜,以苯/水物系考察了膜结构、操作条件等因素对复合膜渗透汽化分离性能的影响.实验结果表明,料液浓度升高、下游压力减低、操作温度升高、料液流量增大、活性层厚度变薄有利于渗透汽化的传质过程;聚砜基膜的传质阻力不可忽略,决定其传质阻力的主要因素为基膜的结构.
The influences of many factors including operation conditions on the benzene/water pervaporation performance were discussed on the base of the preparation of the PDMS/PS composite membranes with different structure.The experimental results show that the pervaporation performance was facilitated with the increase of feed concentration,operation temperature,feed flow rate and the decrease of the downstream pressure.The transˉport resistance of the substrate layer can not be ignorance in this process and the main resistance part was the structure of the substrate.
