目的 研究医疗事故鉴定中责任程度的判定。 方法 通过对 3 0例医疗纠纷案件鉴定资料的回顾性研究和统计分析 ,分析医疗过失、疾病对不良后果的参与度 ,确定责任程度大小。 结论 在医疗事故鉴定过程中 ,需要特别注意疾病因素对不良后果的影响 ,这对判定责任程度很重要。

Objective To study how to judge duty degree in medical malpractice expertize. Methods 30 cases association with medical tangle were researched retrospectively and statistically, contributory of medical fault and disease were consequential analyze to ascertain duty degree. Conclusion It is necessary to pay more attention to the influence of disease factor to the bad sequence in the medical malpractice expertise. This influence is important to make sure duty degree.
