替米沙坦治疗高血压临床研究进展 被引量：11

摘要 新型血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂替米沙坦具有对血管平滑肌选择性高、组织半衰期长、降压效果好和作用持久等优点。它可逆转左室肥厚,对肾功能不全、充血性心力衰竭、血脂和血糖等均可产生有利影响。
